Information we collect

Account data: your email address, sign-in method and the date of your last sign-in.

Photos: the room images you upload and the redesigns we generate from them.

Usage and billing data: credit balance, credit history, purchases and the amount paid.

Messages: anything you send us through the Contact page.

How we use it

To generate your redesigns, keep your credit balance accurate, run Shop This Room searches, provide your redesign history, handle payments and answer your support requests. We also use aggregated, non-identifying statistics to improve the service.

Image generation and product search

Redesigns are generated by Google's Gemini image models through a secure server-side request. Shop This Room product matches are retrieved from Google Shopping results. Your photos are transmitted for the sole purpose of producing your redesign and finding similar products, and are not used by us to train models.

Storage and retention

Your uploaded photos and generated redesigns are stored in private, access-controlled storage tied to your account. You can delete your redesigns from your account. Account and billing records are kept while your account exists and for as long as tax law requires.

Sharing

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service: cloud hosting and database, the AI image provider, the shopping search provider, our payment processor (Stripe) and bot-protection tools. We never sell personal data or photos.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and ask for a copy of it, by writing to support@redesigndream.revivepicture.com.

Cookies

We use only the storage needed to keep you signed in, remember your language choice and protect forms from automated abuse. We do not run advertising trackers.
