Using the service

You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to create an account. Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity in your account.

Credits and payments

Credits are prepaid units that let you generate room redesigns. One credit equals one successfully delivered redesign, and a credit is refunded automatically when generation fails. Credits do not expire, have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before purchase and applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Your content

You keep ownership of the room photos you upload and of the redesigns we produce. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to use the image and you grant us the limited permission needed to process, store and display it back to you and to search for similar products through Shop This Room.

Shop This Room results

Shop This Room shows real products found via Google Shopping results that visually resemble items in your redesign. Match scores are AI-generated estimates of visual similarity, not official manufacturer matches, and any brand named is only a possible brand match. We do not sell these products ourselves and are not responsible for third-party listings, pricing or availability.

Acceptable use

Do not upload illegal content, content you have no right to use, or images depicting minors in ways that violate our policies. Do not attempt to bypass credit limits, automate abuse of the service, or interfere with its security. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Availability and limits

AI redesign is automated and results vary with the original photo and the style requested. We provide the service as it is, without a guarantee of a specific artistic outcome, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous twelve months.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new revision date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
